For international shipping, there are custom or import duties levied when the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, and are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges so that you will not be surprised by unexpected fees. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value, however, you may still have to pay taxes. Yuwise Store is unable to give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. Please note that ALL import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

We will do our best to guarantee that every product shipped to our customers are in the best condition.
If your product turns out to be defective or seems to have any issues do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.
The sooner you make that contact, the sooner we are able to address the problem.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. 
However it is not a one fit all policy.
Different departments carry their own unique return policy.

The following electronic items must be returned within 15 days of receipt: Cell Phones, Computers, Computer Hardware, Software (unopened), Camcorders, Digital Cameras, GPS Units, Digital Music Players, Tablets, Televisions, E-Readers, Portable Video Players, Printers, Printing Supplies and Products.

Do not disassemble electronic equipment. When purchasing equipment such as Arduino SCM, 3D Printer Acc, and DIY kits, our technical service can only be a guide. We are not responsible for the damage caused by incorrect welding, construction or any circuit damages. We recommend you have some knowledge of electronics before purchasing any of our DIY kits.

If you find the product is damaged please do not disassemble privately; items such as Cell Phones, Computers, Computer Hardware, Software (unopened), Camcorders, Digital Cameras, GPS Units, Digital Music Players, Tablets, Televisions, E-Readers, Portable Video Players, Printers, Printing Supplies and Products, Programmers, Signal Logic Analyzers and other Prebuilt Items. If you disassemble the item privately it is difficult to determine if the problem was caused by disassembly or due to manufacturer fault. Please do not open items up as we do not provide any warranty service on and disassembled items.
Books, Movies, Music, Video Games 30 Must be returned within 30 days if unused, unopened and unmarked. Books must be returned unused and unmarked. CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, Audiotapes, Videotapes and Video Games must be returned unopened. If the item is defective, it can be returned within 30 days with a receipt and the original packaging. Defective items may be exchanged for the same title.
Clothing, Shoes, Accessories 7 You can return the items within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. During your shopping, if you receive damaged items or the size /color does not match what you ordered, we promise a full refund or will resend a new package for free. Generally we need 24 hours to deal with this issue.
The precise color of the items may vary depending on the specific computer screen, the settings and the lighting conditions. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mismatched.

Health & Beauty 30 Please check packaging for ORM-D sticker.
ORM-D items include perfumes, nail polish and aerosol cans.
If the item is designated as ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials-Domestic), it must be returned in its original package. You must have secure ORM-D packaging obtained from the post office.
Parts, Tires, Tools, Other Equipment 30 Must be returned within 30 days if unused. Items can not be returned if opened and used. For example, a tire can not be returned once used.
